Shipping methods
DPD
The goods ordered are delivered by the DPD parcel service on working days, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Upon receipt of the shipment, check the integrity of the package in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged and no damage report is attached, please do not take over the package.
With each product you will find the invoice enclosed, which is absolutely necessary for handling any subsequent complaints.
Shipping information
In our webshop we sell our own high-quality products and also high-quality foreign products. Delivery of products takes 2-5 working days. If we run out of a product temporarily, under the section “availability” it is stated that it can be pre-ordered. Production time is up to 1 to 4 weeks. You cannot order from the product during this time.
